Unit 642 & 652 · Oceanfront Penthouse at Vivo Resorts

About this home

For those who seek a truly unique and special experience, this fully furnished two-level penthouse of over 3,000 sq ft offers unobstructed "forever" views of the ocean, the mountains, and the night lights of Puerto Escondido. As an oceanfront "Villa in the Sky," it offers all the benefits and conveniences of Vivo Resorts while maintaining an unparalleled sense of luxury and privacy.

Completed in 2016, it has never been part of the rental program, is usually occupied less than one month per year, and remains in virtually new condition.

Located on the far south edge of the high-rise zone, both floors tower above the adjacent single-family villas, so the views will never be compromised. The fourth floor has every feature expected of 5-star resort accommodation, while the fifth-floor palapa takes the Mexican experience to a world-class level. The palapa level is approved for a sliding glass enclosure to create separate indoor and outdoor zones if desired, and the separate sale of each level would be considered.
